We have qualified tradesman with over 50 years experience in the office fitouts

market. Every aspect of the build is under the Queensland Building Services with a

green attitude to recycling off site.

office refurbishment

Refurbishments can be harder to do than a new fitout. Normally the bulk of the demolishing work is done after hours and the noise levels need to be kept down during working hours. Painting fumes and dust need to be controlled while the staff are still working in the building. Experience delivers; we are the people to trust in this situation.

site evaluation

We provide site assessments which consider viable office space, data/electrical cost and building and furniture costs on the different premises. In this way you will be armed with the facts to enable you to decide on the best premises to lease.    

budget analysis

If you are planning to relocate or refurbish your office we can provide a budget to help contain your costs. We are also able to give you a budget on the loose workstations and furniture.

leasing and financing

commercial furniture

Our commercial furniture includes everything from workstations to loose furniture. With over 30 years experience in the market suppling workstations for multi-level fitouts to single offices,  there is not an item of furniture that we can’t design, supply and install.

workstations reconfiguration

When downsizing or reorganising the office, we know in the Brisbane market alone there would have to be over a dozen different companies supplying different workstations; how to dismantle and reassemble all the different types of workstations takes a lot of industry knowledge. The existing workstation layout and components will need to be documented and a  new layout created. The data and the electrical plan will also need to be developed. We specialise in this area and offer the design cost at a reduced rate.
